ASTM A194 Grade 8T bolts, are fasteners manufactured from stainless steel with high-temperature stabilization. Grade 8T, specifically 425°C to 815°C It is designed to prevent “intergranular corrosion” at operating temperatures between them. Its contents Titanium Its contribution prevents carbon from combining with chromium at high temperatures, thereby preserving the material's corrosion resistance. It is ideal for areas with intense thermal cycles, such as petrochemical plants, exhaust systems, and power plants.

Grade 8T, These are hexagonal nuts made of titanium-stabilized stainless steel. Unlike standard stainless steels, they resist deformation of their crystal structure at high temperatures.
Grade 8M is made of molybdenum-alloyed steel and is primarily focused on acidic environments such as chlorinated/seawater. Grade 8T does not contain molybdenum; the focus is not on seawater corrosion, high operating temperature and to prevent any deterioration that may occur at these temperatures.
Especially in environments with high temperatures and aggressive chemicals, for long-lasting connections Grade 8T is preferred. It stands out from other stainless steel grades with both its thermal stability and superior corrosion resistance.
